Elida Wong is a seasoned business leader with over three decades of experience spanning marketing, brand building, and general management across FMCG and premium beauty.<\/p>\n

She began her career in the early 1990s, holding key account and marketing roles at PepsiCo, Pokka Coffee, and Thong Thye, before a transformative 10-year journey with Lanc\u00f4me, where she progressed from trade marketing manager to brand manager.<\/p>\n

In 2011, Wong took a purposeful pause to focus on motherhood while founding and operating an education centre, deepening her expertise in child psychology and learning development. She returned to the corporate arena in 2016 and currently serves as general manager for Southeast Asia and India at L\u2019Occitane Group.<\/p>\n

Known for constantly challenging the status quo, Wong champions sustainability and ESG initiatives, including the BIG Little Thing recycling program and community efforts such as the Race For Vision Charity Fun Run. She has also pioneered customer-centric innovations, shaping omnichannel journeys through initiatives like L\u2019Occitane Beauty Market and L\u2019Occitane HOTEL. Passionate about growth and purpose, Wong is committed to empowering women to become the best version of themselves through confidence, self-discovery, and meaningful impact.<\/p>\n
