Head of\u00a0Marketing\u00a0Strategy &\u00a0Creative Currently the Head of Strategy and Creative at Malaysia Airlines, Sagar Paranjpe has 20 years of work experience, starting as a suit at Ogilvy & Mather in 2000. Three careers and five cities later, he finally joined Malaysia Airlines as the Creative Director and has since moved into communication strategy as well.<\/p>\n Whether it was in Mumbai, Dubai, Auckland, Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur, Sagar quickly adapted to the new environment by immersing himself with locals and not so much the expatriate community. Professionally, this has helped him better understand cultural insights and create communication that works well with the audience.
