Flora Hu is the Head of eCommerce Asia at Carlsberg Group. She drives top line eCommerce performance across the Asia region and provides strategic insights to build the overall eCommerce roadmap. She\u2019s responsible for championing eCommerce execution excellence through contents optimization, traffic-driving and conversion-improving activities, eCommerce media integrations etc.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Carlsberg, Flora led global business development for Tesco\u2019s export business, with a wide range of commercial, omni-channel, strategy, and business development experience.<\/p>\n

Flora started her career in Deutsche Bank as an investment banking professional in New York. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College, United States. She also completed the digital marketing disruptive strategy program from Sa\u00efd Business School, University of Oxford.\u00a0<\/p>\n
