She has been in the insurance industry for 8 years. Before that, she worked in advertising and participated in building global brands namely Nike, HSBC, Coca-Cola, Marriott Hotel Group and P&amp;G. One of her most existing career adventures is founding her own boutique advertising agency in 2007, entrepreneurial spirit is strong in her even today. Since very young, she learnt that passion, creativity, perseverance and compassion are key to success and happiness. She is always curious about human behavior, she quenched her thirst in understanding human behaviour by gaining a Master Degree in Communications and a Master Degree in Psychotherapy Counselling. Knowing why people do what they do makes her a better marketer and leader. Use of technology, behavioral data, insights and creativity to develop compelling customer propositions and delightful customer experience in a constantly changing environment is her day-to-day job, her goal is to co-create a financial industry that enables financial inclusion and equality.
