Kristie is currently the Head of APAC Digital at BlackRock, where she leads the region\u2019s digital strategy and is accountable for developing digital marketing initiatives aligning to business priorities. She manages the growth and evolution of key digital channels, such as web, email, search and social media. She also oversees the region\u2019s digital infrastructure, Martech capabilities and operating model that underpins integrated marketing campaigns, client communications and content distribution.<\/p>\n

Prior to BlackRock, Kristie worked at Est\u00e9e Lauder and L’Or\u00e9al groups, having served brands like Est\u00e9e Lauder, Tom Ford and YSL, where she held roles spanning digital, product and retail marketing. Kristie was born and raised in Hong Kong and has lived in Los Angeles for over 4 years, with brief working experience in Hollywood.<\/p>\n

Kristie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors and on the Dean’s Honors List.<\/p>\n
