Stephanie Caunter is a brand builder and marketer who thrives on the opportunities and challenges that digital disruption brings every day. She has led cross-border teams to create brand-defining programmes such as PwC Malaysia\u2019s Building Trust Awards, Catcha Group\u2019s Wild Digital conference and building Axiata\u2019s ADA marketing function from the ground up. Today, Caunter is director, customer insights, engagement and digital experience at AIA Malaysia where she\u2019s responsible for managing customers\u2019 omnichannel experience and engagement, is the product owner for their award-winning AIA+ customer app and their AIA Vitality programme.<\/p>\n

She is a diversity and inclusion advocate who used to write a monthly personal column in The Edge Malaysia, called \u2018Changing Hats\u2019 on managing career and family; and was previously on Lean In Malaysia\u2019s Board of Advisors. She enjoys mentoring young talent and runs to de-stress. Caunter graduated with an electrical engineering degree from Cornell University.<\/p>\n
