With over 18 years at L\u2019Or\u00e9al, Janice Hu has built a global career across multiple countries, categories, and leadership roles. She began her journey in Singapore with L\u2019Or\u00e9al Paris Makeup before moving across skincare, Garnier, and Maybelline. She later stepped into regional roles, leading Maybelline\u2019s marketing across South Asia and Asia Pacific.<\/p>\n

Her path then took her to China as brand general manager of Maybelline, and subsequently to New York, where she led global product development for North Asia and emerging markets. Today, she serves as division general manager for the consumer products division at L\u2019Or\u00e9al Thailand.<\/p>\n

Throughout her career, Hu has learnt that careers rarely follow a straight path, and that the most meaningful moments often come from unexpected experiences. She enjoys meeting new people, learning through shared journeys, and taking on new challenges with an open mind. Her guiding philosophy is simple: work hard, stay curious, and make space for joy\u202falong\u202fthe\u202fway.<\/p>\n
