Justin Low is Chief Communications and Talent Experience Officer for Omnicom Media Group in APAC, where he leads the network’s strategic communications and employee experience efforts across the region. In this dual role, he is responsible for shaping the external narrative of OMG and its agencies (OMD, PHD and Hearts & Science) while also building a cohesive, culture-led talent experience that that inspires, connects and empowers talent at every level.

With over a decade of multinational leadership experience across Singapore, Shanghai, and New York, Low brings a cross-disciplinary perspective to brand, culture and people. His expertise spans media relations, crisis communications, employer branding and organisational storytelling. He is a firm believer that how people experience a company – from the inside out – is a powerful lever for reputation, retention and long-term business growth.
